These T&C’s were produced after feedback from our members. We feel they help us to maintain a fair system for all. If you have any questions, please ask!
BOOKING IN WITH MSF FITNESS
At MSF Fitness we pride ourselves on providing a personal service which makes access to training as easy as possible. We offer a variety of payment options to suit client requirements with ‘Pay As You Go’, Online Booking and 'Pay Monthly' packages. Many of the local, larger gym franchises only allow members to book classes on the day, making planning your training more difficult. We like to enable you to structure your training so you can book last minute or up to 6 days in advance.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKINGS
MSF Fitness reserve the right to amend these T&C's with immediate effect to keep the studio running smoothly and fairly.
• Unless on a PAYG card or block of training, sessions must be paid for on booking.
• PAYG Cards should be topped up on the final session. PAYG Cards are non-transferrable and non refundable.
• Payment for monthly packages is due on or before 1st of the month.
• We are unable to offer credit for any services or products.
AAA (ACCESS ALL AREAS) PAYG 8 & 12 CARDS are valid for 5 weeks (8 sessions £45 or 12 sessions £60). Can be used for any classes and drop-in sessions.
PAYG 10 CARDS are valid for 6 months (£60 for 10 sessions). Can be used for any classes and drop-in sessions.
BODY BLITZ blocks are valid for 5 weeks (4 sessions) or 14 weeks (12 sessions).
CANCELLATIONS (Applies to ALL booked sessions)
When having to cancel or move your booked session, those that attend a morning session (a.m.) are to notify us before 10pm the day before. Those attending an afternoon/evening session (p.m.) are to notify us before 10am on the day of the booked session.
We do not charge for cancellations if the relevant notice is given.
CANCELLING A BOOKED CLASS WITHIN THE NOTICE PERIOD: You will need to rebook your place for the following week. During busy periods, you can choose to reserve your place by paying to keep it while away.
CANCELLING A BOOKED CLASS AT SHORT NOTICE: You will remain booked in for the following week (unless you booked online). If booking online, payment is non-transferable and non-refundable and you would need to rebook.
BANK HOLIDAY WEEKENDS
All sessions booked over a Bank Holiday are payment on booking and are non-transferable and non-refundable once booked. This applies to ALL sessions booked for the Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday plus Tuesday morning sessions.
GYM & WATTBIKE DROP-IN SESSIONS can be booked at short notice or up to 6 days in advance. For daytime bookings (Mon-Fri), please book not less than 90mins before your session. If on a PAYG Card, session times are 60mins - longer sessions are 1.5 stamps.
BOOKING OF SESSIONS All sessions at the studio can be booked at short notice or up to 6 days in advance, including classes, drop-ins, PT and Body Blitz. On a class card and PT, you will stay booked in for the same session for the following week. Please notify us before you leave, if you do not want to remain booked in.
Wattbikes must be pre-booked for drop-in sessions. This enables us to manage availability and have the bike ready for you (pedals). If booking a bike for a drop-in whilst classes are taking place, your session will be in the Drop Zone. Evening sessions in the Drop-Zone are generally 5/5.30-7pm; 7-8.30pm & 8.30-10pm – some evenings are busier than others.
ONLINE COACHING & WATTBIKE COACHING
• Packages run for 1 month or 5 weeks inclusive.
• Payment is to be received before plan is issued/started - most packages run/renew from the 1st of the month.
• Unused sessions cannot be carried over & are non-refundable.
GENERAL REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment for monthly packages, PAYG cards, PT sessions or bespoke coaching plans is non-refundable and non-transferrable. We do not charge for cancelled classes, drop-in sessions or PT/Body Blitz sessions, providing relevant notice is given. The cancellation policy is in place to protect this small business and ensure it runs smoothly with a fair system for all.
We try to achieve a good balance between being friendly, approachable and helpful - whilst maintaining the professionalism of a small business.
