Thank you for your payment!  Your Paypal transaction has been completed and a receipt for your booking/payment has been emailed to you from PayPal - please check your spam folder if not received.   If this is your first visit to the studio, please drop us an email (contact@msffitness.co.uk) with any questions you may have and, if you have booked a bike class, please let us know which type of pedals you require - we have SPD-SL (road), SPD-MTB (mountain bike), Look Keo (road) and flats (for trainers).   Please bring clean shoes, a sweat towel and a standard sized sports bottle for all sessions at the studio. We also recommend wearing padded cycling shorts for Wattbike but these are not essential.   Hot drinks are available from the kitchen - drink in or take out. Showers are also available. Honesty box donations are very much appreciated - located at Reception. Sweat Towels are available for £1 should you forget yours and are to be placed in the white laundry bin in the lounge after use. There is a fridge for customer use at reception to store drinks etc for after your session.
