Drop In sessions can be in the main bike studio or in the Drop Zone in Studio 2 if classes are taking place. IDEAL FOR:NEW TO FITNESS REHAB COACHED RIDERS THOSE FOLLOWING THEIR OWN TRAINING PLAN WATTBIKE APP USERS Available throughout the day and on evenings and weekends. Follow your own workout, use the Wattbike App or follow a Sufferfest Cycling video. Mon - Thurs 6.30am – 10pm, Fri 6.30am – 8.30pm, Sat 6.30am – 12noon, Sun 4-6pm Evening Sessions: During the week, when the bike studio is in use, drop-in sessions may be in the Drop Zone in Studio 2: 5.30-7pm; 7-8.30pm; 8.30-10pm(60min bike time unless on a coaching plan) *By appointment only - contact us to book in* (This ensures that a bike is available and staff are there to help get you set up) All you need is clean cycle shoes or trainers, a sweat towel and a standard sized water bottle. If you are new to the studio, we will help get you set up on the bike and explain how everything works. We change pedals to suit - Spd-SL, Spd-MTB, Keo or flats (trainers).
