WATTBIKE OPEN SESSIONSWATTBIKE IS IDEAL FOR:EVERYONE! THOSE NEW TO FITNESS IMPROVING CARDIO FITNESS WEIGHT LOSS OFF FEET CONDITIONING RUNNERS CYCLISTS THOSE NEEDING TO REHAB INJURIES Available throughout the day and on evenings and weekends. Follow your own workout, use the Wattbike App or follow a Cycling video. Coaching packages also available for those with specific training goals. All of our Wattbikes are Bluetooth and connect to the Wattbike App and Ant+/BLE Heart Rate Monitors. *By appointment only - contact us to book in* All you need is clean cycle shoes or trainers, a sweat towel and a standard sized water bottle. If you are new to the studio, we will help get you set up on the bike and explain how everything works. We change pedals to suit - Spd-SL, Spd-MTB, Keo or flats (trainers). You may wish to bring your own music whilst we are unable to play loud tunes! CYCLING VIDEO'SWe have a selection of cycling video's accessible either through open sessions at a time to suit you. Cycling videos are suitable for all and provide motivational on-screen sessions to follow. WHY NOT BRING YOUR FRIENDS OR CLUB MATES AND MAKE IT YOUR OWN PRIVATE SESSION!
* If bike classes are taking place, your drop-in session will be in the drop-zone in Studio 2 (Videos not available).
