Cycling & Wattbike Performance Coaching is ideal for anyone who is looking to take the next step to improving their cycling. It could be you have just bought your first bike, a social ride to a cafe, taking part in sportives or even racing. It's all about YOU & your WHY.

Why train on a Wattbike? The Wattbike is the perfect training partner from it's real ride feel and set up to providing accurate and repeatbale data to help plan, complete and review sessions.  
 
 
 
But how does it all work?

50/50 Coaching provides flexibilty, structure and accountability. It is used by clients who enjoy attending group classes. They may ride with their friends or a club outside which takes up a percentage of their training week. 50/50 Coaching enables clients to enjoy having this flexibilty while still having structured and progressive training sessions planned for them. From £60 a month - includes access to train on a Wattbike. 
 
100% Coached packages are for clients who want each sesion planned for them. This may be 2-3 sessions per week or it could be 5-8 sessions per week. From £120 per month includes access to train on a Wattbike. 
MONTHLY CYCLING & WATTBIKE PERFORMANCE PACKAGES 
 
1 session per week: £60 per month. Initial and regular Fitness Testing required - £35 per test. 
 
2 sessions per week: £100 per month. Includes regular fitness testing to acquire heart rate and power zones. Progressive and additional fitness testing will be completed at various points to help monitor, review and make sure the sessions being completed are at the correct intensity for you. 
 
UNLIMITED: £120 per month. Includes regular fitness testing to acquire heart rate and power zones. Progressive and additional fitness testing will be completed at various points to help monitor, review and make sure the sessions being completed are at the correct intensity for you. 
 
All the above packages include the use of a Wattbike at the studio to complete your sessions. 
Example 100% Coached Package: 
Female client who is taking on London to Paris in 24hours: 
3-5 Wattbike sessions per week - planned and reviewed after every session 
Regular Wattbike fitness testing to help track progression 
* Gym based strength and conditioning plans - updated regularly 
* Personal Training sessions as and when the strength and conditioning plan needs reviewing 
* Nutritional guidance 
* Regular consultations to help review previous training blocks and plan ahead 
* Email - message - telephone support 
 
* Bolt-On Package in addition to Wattbike Coaching
