BOOKING FOR DAYTIME & EVENING GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES 

Classes can be booked last minute or up to 6 days in advance. Please check which session you are booking onto - dates & times (a.m. & p.m.) are clearly shown. Availability for next weeks classes is updated by 10pm daily.  
 
PLEASE BOOK CAREFULLY - REFUNDS CANNOT BE GIVEN AND CLASSES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE ONCE BOOKED. Online booking payments are handled securely by PayPal (PayPal account NOT required - check out as a guest to pay by credit/debit card). An email confirmation will be sent from Paypal - please check your spam folders. Remaining spaces are updated manually by us, not automatically after booking. 
 
Please arrive promptly (15mins before your class). You will not be allowed to join the session after the warm up has begun. ** This is for your safety. ** 
 
 
All classes are for 16yrs and over. Classes are an adult environment. Minimum age for studio use is 14yrs (available for drop-in Wattbike or private group/family sessions only - please ask for further details). Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.

STRETCH & RELAX 6pm-7pm 
Covering various stretching methods to help improve your posture, movement, flexibility & stability. Followed by 15mins of relaxation.
