TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These T&C’s were produced after feedback from our members. We feel they help us to maintain a fair system for all. If you have any questions, please ask! 
 
BOOKING IN WITH MSF FITNESS 
 
At MSF Fitness we pride ourselves on providing a personal service which makes access to training as easy as possible. We offer a variety of payment options with ‘Pay As You Go’ (including Online Booking for classes), ‘Class Bundles’ and 'Pay Monthly Membership' packages. Many of the local, larger gym franchises only allow members to book classes on the day, making planning your training more difficult. We like to enable you to structure your training. We also aim to keep the booking process as simple as possible.  
 
PAYG CLASSES  
MSF Fitness reserve the right to amend these T&C's with immediate effect to keep the studio running smoothly and fairly for all.  
 
Classes can be booked up to 6 days in advance, offering flexibility for those with busy lives. 
6 hours notice is required for cancellation; 24 hours notice is required for Sunday bookings. 
Unless on a PAYG card, payment is required on booking a class. 
If paying for individual classes at the studio, to stay booked into the same class for the following week, upfront payment is required.  
If you would like to guarantee your place in a regular class whilst away, you can choose to pay to reserve it for your return. We will not advertise the space - a frog hat will be placed on your bike to show that it is reserved. (Please do not arrange for someone to attend in your place as this is not permitted). If you prefer not to pay, you can come off the class and rebook (if spaces are available), after the missed class has taken place. 
Please give a minimum of 6hrs notice if cancelling a booked class (24hrs notice for Sunday bookings). If cancelling with less than 6hrs notice, your PAYG card will be stamped and you will remain booked in for the following week. 
If cancelling with less than 6hrs notice when not on a PAYG card, payment is non-transferrable and non-refundable and you would need to rebook.  
If cancelling with adequate notice, you can choose to either use your payment to stay booked into the same class for the following week (payment is required by 10pm on the day of the cancelled class) or come off the class and receive a class voucher.  
PAYG cards are valid for 6 months. 
Any classes booked on a Bank Holiday Weekend are 'payment on booking' and are non-refundable and non-transeferrable.  
 
 
ONLINE CLASS BOOKINGS 
 
 
If paying online, no refunds can be given and class bookings are non-transferrable once booked.  
To stay booked into the same class for the following week, upfront payment will be required.  
 
WATTBIKE DROP-IN SESSIONS 
 
Drop-Ins can be booked up to 6 days in advance or 2hr before.  
Booked by appointment only. Session start time must be adhered to as sessions are worked around the studio diary/bookings. 
Unless you confirm that you would like the same slot the following week, places will not be reserved. 
Sufferfest videos are available on request, but may not always be possible, depending on the time of your session. 
If taking a regular drop-in bike session during class times (mornings & evenings), class booking T&C's apply. 
Drop-In sessions are 60mins bike time (unless on a membership or coaching package). Longer sessions are available (60min-2hrs). 
SELF TESTING IS NOT PERMITTED WITHIN THE STUDIO - THIS IS FOR SAFETY & INSURANCE PURPOSES.  
Please clean the bike and mat fully after use with the anti-bac wet wipes followed by the dry wipes.  
 
ONLINE COACHING & WATTBIKE COACHING 
 
Packages run for 1 month or 5 weeks inclusive.  
Payment is to be received before plan is issued/started - most packages run/renew from the 1st of the month. 
Unused sessions cannot be carried over. 
Non-refundable. 
 
PERSONAL TRAINING 
 
PT sessions are bookable up to 6 days in advance.  
PT packages are to be used within 1 month/5 weeks of START DATE. Sessions cannot be carried over. This ensures continuity & progression. 
If needing to move your appointment, we will reschedule in the same week (if there is availability). This ensures continuity & progression. 
Regular timeslots can be reserved if missing the occasional session (e.g. holidays or work commitments). However, if regularly missing the same slot whilst taking another, we will be unable to continue to reserve both. 
Ideally, 24hrs notice is required for cancellations, including PAYG. If cancelling with less than 6hrs notice, we reserve the right to charge (at our discretion). As a small business offering flexibility to training for all clients, we need to be able to fill empty slots with others who are wishing to train - this is not possible at short notice. 
If cancelling, you will need to rebook. 
If WE need to cancel your appointment, we will try to reschedule at YOUR convenience. 
Support with training sessions and/or nutrition outside of the PT session can be provided through an online monthly support package - extra charge applies.  
When purchasing a PT and/or Support package, sessions are non-refundable. 
 
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES  
MSF Fitness reserve the right to discontinue any advertised membership package and/or to change T&C's with 1 months notice. 
 
Payment is to be received on or before the 1st day of the month to stay booked into classes. 
A minimum of 6hrs notice is requested for cancellation of a booked class or drop-in. 
Special events and workshops are excluded from monthly packages. 
Wattbike Drop-In T&C's apply. 
If cancelling your membership package, 1 weeks notice is required if it includes cancelling class/drop-in bookings. 
 
** REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY ** 
Payment for monthly packages, PAYG cards, PT sessions or bespoke coaching plans is non-refundable and non-transferrable.  
We do not charge for cancelled classes or PT sessions, providing 6hrs notice is given (24hrs for Sunday sessions).  
If booking a class online, payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable.  
If cancelling a PT session, your place is not automatically reserved for the following week - you will need to rebook. 
 
We try to achieve a good balance between being friendly, approachable and helpful - whilst maintaining the professionalism of a small business.
