PT - 1:1 personal training, in a private studio, with daytime and evening slots available. 
We don't ask anyone to sign into contracts and sessions can be paid for individually or as a block booking. 
 
Online Coaching - have every training session you do, planned for you. With bolt on options including nutrition, studio use, gym plans and much more. 
 
AWOL- Monthly nutritional support package which includes a weekly weigh & measure and ongoing support/monitoring of nutritional choices.

We can offer you training at the fitness studio or we can use the great outdoors if you prefer. Wherever the location and whatever your choice of training, you are guaranteed a workout session best suited to your goals. 

ONLINE COACHING & SUPPORT  

Online Coaching is one of our most popular packages. It offers anything from basic support & guidance, training plans and/or nutritional help through to full online coaching. Each block is 4 weeks/1 month* and we help clients get the most from their training time.  
 
 

NUTRITION  As a fully Qualified PN Level 1 Coach, Mark can help you to get the results you're looking for. Contact us for further information on our nutrition support packages, including our monthly AWOL - a weekly weigh & measure and nutritional support package for £20 per month. 

PRICES *  1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING: from £35 per 60min session  Block bookings available - POA  30min PT Sessions available on request - please ask for details.  * PT prices based on 1:1. Please ask for further details and prices for 2:1 training.  AWOL: £20 per month - Monthly support with a weekly weigh & measure. 'A Way Of Life'.  ONLINE COACHING: from £60 per month  ONLINE COACHING WITH FULL USE OF FACILITIES: £120 per month - Includes: monthly coaching, full use of Studio 2 (gym) including all equipment & cardio plus Wattbike if available (booking required on evenings). Excludes classes.   MONTHLY WATTBIKE COACHED DROP-IN PACKAGES: (only available if you have accurate power training zones - each session is planned around your personal goals, using your heart rate and power training zones).  COACHED WATTBIKE PLAN - 4 sessions per month*: £60 per month (1 session per week - to be used within 1 month/5 weeks, unused sessions cannot be carried over)  COACHED WATTBIKE PLAN - 8 sessions: £100 per month (8 x 60-90min sessions - to be used within 1 month/5 weeks), £12.50 per session, ideally completed 2 x per week)  UNLIMITED COACHED MONTHLY WATTBIKE DROP-INS - £120 per month (as many sessions as you want, in the month) 

CYCLING & RUNNING COACHING PLANS 

Looking to improve your social riding? Entering a Sportive? Want to be a faster, more efficient runner? We have various coaching packages available with 4, 8 & 12 week plans, starting from £50. Sessions can include Wattbike, strength & conditioning work and we can even run or ride with you outside to look at technique.
