BIKE - Spin is one of the most popular group classes available. Using a Wattbike takes spin classes to another level. Anyone, regardless of current level of fitness, can take part. These classes are a great way of improving your fitness and we take a very simple approach to instructing these classes. We take the first 10-15 minutes running through a progressive warm up. To help participants control their effort and leg speed, we offer guidance to what the leg speed could be, followed by a simple RPE (Rate of Perceived Effort) scale of 1-5. This allows everyone to work to their own level of fitness and manage their efforts during the 30-40 min main set. We then finish using the bikes for the final cool down with additional option of stretching.
TRX - This is a total body workout. TRX Suspension Training uses bodyweight to strengthen and condition whilst giving a good cardio workout at the same time.
CIRCUITS - Circuit training can be carried out in many ways, normally there are several exercises offering a whole body workout. Each week the circuit changes, offering a varied and exciting class.
30:30 - A great workout consisting of 30 minutes on the bikes and 30 minutes of circuits.
